Places on courses are offered on a first come, first served basis. Where a City of Dublin FET College Plunket, Northeast Campus course is not oversubscribed, all applicants who meet the entry requirements will be offered a place on the course for which they have applied. Information relating to the courses on offer, and any course specific entry requirements is available to applicants, in the College prospectus and website. Course content is reviewed on an ongoing basis and may result in course modification.
Entry Requirements for Post Leaving Certificate and Pre Apprenticeship Courses
- Minimum 5 Passes in Leaving Certificate
- QQI Level 4 – Major Award
- Equivalent International Qualifications
- Mature Applicants – Mature students do not require formal educational qualifications
There are no points requirements for entry to any Post Leaving Certificate or Pre Apprenticeship course.
Entry Requirements for Leaving Certificate
- Students must have completed a minimum of 1 year of Senior Cycle Leaving Certificate
- Equivalent International Qualifications
- Mature Applicants – Mature students do not require formal educational qualifications
Entry Requirement for Repeat Leaving Certificate
- Students must have completed a Leaving Certificate
